Nose
The Demerara sugars give off sweet fragrances, with a hint of cinnamon, dash of honey and faint spices. Complex amalgam of nougat and orange blossom honey with vanilla.
Palate
Sweet and spice with honey-like smoothness, offset by crunchy-bar-like crispness and a tinge of cocoa. Picks up lively spice with waxy orange peel.
Finish
Smooth and beautifully relaxed, with a hint of mild spices and deep intense vanilla. Orange lingers with rye notes and a little chilli heat.
