Description

This Indian single malt whisky from Paul John Distillery in Goa is part of their Select Cask range. It was initially matured for approximately 5 years in first-fill ex-Bourbon barrels and then finished for about 2 years in very old Pedro Ximenez sherry butts from Andalucia, Spain. Bottled at 48% ABV, it is non-chill filtered and has no added coloring. The whisky is made from six-row Indian barley.
