Description

Pearse Founder's Choice 12 Year Old Irish Whiskey is a single malt aged for a minimum of 12 years in ex-bourbon barrels, some of which are from their sister distillery, Town Branch Distillery in Lexington, Kentucky. This whiskey was sourced from another Irish distillery as Pearse Lyons Distillery, which opened in Dublin in 2017, had not yet matured its own 12-year-old stock. It is bottled at 43% ABV and is non-chill filtered.
