Peerless Double Oak Barrel Proof Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey is produced by the Kentucky Peerless Distilling Co. in Louisville, Kentucky. Crafted from a sweet mash fermentation, the bourbon undergoes primary maturation in new charred oak barrels before being transferred to a second new charred oak barrel to develop deeper layers of rich toasted oak, sweet caramel, and complex spice, bottled uncut at barrel proof without chill filtration.
