Peg Leg Porker Tennessee Straight Bourbon Whiskey is a small batch, handcrafted bourbon created by Pitmaster Carey Bringle. It is aged for 8 years in charred American oak barrels and undergoes a unique hickory charcoal filtering process after aging, distinguishing it from the traditional Lincoln County Process. The mash bill consists of 84% corn, 8% rye, and 8% malted barley.
