A classic freshness with aromas of cream toffee, rich fruit, raisins, praline, vanilla, pear, melon, banana, apricot, ginger, nutmeg, anise, and floral notes.
Palate
Crisp and finely rounded, with sweetness balancing an appetising dryness. Notes of vanilla, cinnamon, salted butter caramel, gentle tannins, brine, peaches, spices, green, biscuity, and custard.
Finish
Creamy, lingering on toffee, mocha, chocolate, spices, ripe fruits (pear, peach), tropical fruit, raisins, vanilla, and stem ginger.
