Description

Named in honour of his daughter, Mike Paladini and his family have created the highly lauded Penelope Bourbon. This Barrel Strength expression is a blend of three bourbon mash bills aged in new American oak barrels, completely uncut and non chill-filtered. Each barrel was hand selected and blended into a single batch to create this unique offering. It is aged for a minimum of 4 years.
