Part of the Penelope Estate Collection, the Founders Reserve 11 Year Straight Wheat Whiskey is crafted from experimental barrels distilled from a mash bill of 95% wheat and 5% malted barley at the historic Ross & Squibb Distillery in Lawrenceburg, Indiana. Batched into distinct lots and bottled at cask strength, Lot E is bottled at 107.6 proof (53.8% ABV) from charred new American oak barrels.
