A 10-year-old single barrel straight bourbon whiskey from Penelope's Estate Collection, hand-selected as a private barrel pick for Binny's Beverage Depot. Distilled in Indiana with a mash bill of 75% corn, 21% rye, and 4% malted barley, drawn from barrel PEN25-404 in warehouse/floor J/B, and bottled uncut and non-chill filtered at 130.4 proof (65.2% ABV).
