Description

A brand of Canadian whisky produced at the Hiram Walker & Sons distillery in Ontario. It was originally introduced in 1998 before being relaunched under the ownership of Pernod Ricard in 2012. Named after the distillery's ageing warehouse, the brand is known for its use of secondary maturation. This whisky is aged in oak casks in a non-climate-controlled warehouse, exposing it to Canada's severe temperature swings, and then finished in rum barrels.
