Description

The Port Askaig 8 Year Old is an Islay single malt Scotch whisky, part of a 2023 relaunch of the Port Askaig range. It is known for its sweet, smoky style and approachable character, making it an ideal introduction to Islay whiskies. This expression is matured in a combination of American and European oak casks, including bourbon barrels, toasted American oak barrels, PX sherry butts, and refill hogsheads. It is non-chill filtered and free from added coloring, bottled at 45.8% ABV.
