Nose
Very sweet with butterscotch, lemon, Germolene, iodine, barley sugar and peat smoke. Pine sap, apricots, lemon juice and honey. Snickerdoodle cookies and a hint of vanilla bean. Trends towards forest and earth. Citrussy smoke swirls around mangoes, cloves, cardamom, sandalwood and blood oranges when diluted.
Palate
Surprisingly smooth with honey, green fruit, icing sugar, sherbet lemons and lots of medicinal and smoky notes. Intense rubbery taste, plastic, heavy smoke and peat with some brine and charred meat. Lemons, brown sugar, smoke, soil and stones. Tart lemons merge with smoke and charred peppers.
Finish
Smoke dominant with some brine, dry oak, and peat. Lemons and pepper oil. Earth and smoke. Just a little bit of sweetness.
