Nose
Enveloping waves of peat, medicinal iodine, fresh maritime notes, with hints of herbs, limestone, lemon, green apple, ashes, and bread dough.
Palate
Big and bold with layers of peat and brine, rich forest honey, warm wood smoke, dark peat, and darts of orange and lemon zest. Oily and powerful with iodine and pure lemon juice, creamy with plasticine, small oysters, and ashes.
Finish
Clean and lasting, smooth and smoky, reminiscent of a briar pipe. Long with lovely bitters that marry well with lemon, Campari, and limoncello, creamy and utterly beautiful.
