Sweet and fruity, with notes of barbecued pineapple, overripe bananas, mango, caramelised molasses, tangerines, brine, sweet campfire smoke, earthy peat moss, and a slight floral note.
Palate
Fiery with lashings of peat smoke, banana cream, yoghurt, fried banana fritters, charred pineapple, tangerines, overripe mango, mossy peat, toffee apples, and sherbet lemon boiled sweets.
Finish
Dry, with sea salt, wet rocks, white pepper, sea spray, campfire smoke, burnt molasses, sugar cane, candied ash, and lingering peat.
