Nose
Tar and bold peat right off the bat chased by burnt bbq ribs, a healthy dose of butyric acid, some vegetal qualities to the malt, brackish pond water, and oddly enough a hint of bubblegum.
Palate
Strong peat here with some ash and tar - more of that brackish water with a bit of pepper and rubber. Sherry really fails to make much of an impact here with the level of peat in the malt.
Finish
Sherry starts to poke through as the peat fades slightly - but still quite mild.
