- Long and salty-sweet, with lingering smoke, touches of licorice, date, sweet malt, honeyed dates, banana, raisins, peaches in syrup, mildly tannic grape skins, shortcake, whipped cream, earth, cinnamon, ginger, and a touch of tannic bitterness.
