Nose
The iodine is non-invasive, subtly tugging the wood in. The medicinal note is mellow with traces of green fruits politely held back. The peat is a bit powdery, complemented by a delicate floral note, with toffee caressing the fruits.
Palate
A lucid arrival of ginger, lemon, and vanilla before ripe fruits emerge. A gentle mouthfeel with honey and egg custard filling the mid-palate, a fine layer of peat lays the foundation, and sub-tropical fruits faintly seep out.
Finish
Wee traces of ginger and cinnamon, alongside light fruits with the peat faintly but tenderly and gradually consuming the rest.
