Description

Founded by Leonard J. Russell Snr in 1936, Ian Macleod & Company Ltd have a distinguished history with a portfolio of quality brands and spirits. In recent decades, the company has acquired several distilleries including Glengoyne and Tamdhu and has also launched the bold and intense Smokehead Islay Single Malt. The malt team at Ian Macleod & Company handpick and present the Dun Bheagan range. This Port Ellen expression comes from the distillery's last year of operation (1983), bottled after 23 years in a sherry butt cask. It is not subjected to cold filtration.
