A 7-year-old single barrel Kentucky straight bourbon whiskey released under Bill Thomas's Premier Drams label as a private selection for Jack Rose Dining Saloon in Washington, D.C. Distilled in Bardstown, Kentucky in 2016 and matured in ISC cooperage at Castle & Key Warehouse B before being bottled at barrel strength (50.3% ABV / 100.5 proof) in 2024.
