Description

An American whiskey distillery founded in 2018 by the Palatella family. Their company Allied Lomar played an important role in the history of modern bourbon, devising brands such as Pure Antique and Very Olde St. Nick. The Preservation distillery was founded to provide these with a production home. Cock of the Walk Proprietors Reserve Bourbon is a small-batch Kentucky straight bourbon whiskey, often aged 6-8 years, and crafted with a high-wheat mash bill. It is bottled uncut and unfiltered.
