Description

The Whisky Cellar is an Edinburgh-based independent bottler founded by Keith Bonnington. Their 'House Malt' range, including this Speyside 15 Year Old, features whiskies that characterize their region at an affordable price point. This particular release is from a well-known, but mysteriously unnamed, Speyside distillery and was aged for 15 years in a European Oak Refill Sherry Butt. It is bottled at 40% ABV and 70cl volume.
