Nose
A subtle, warm wood smoke on the sweetness of peardrops and juicy green apples. Fragrant vanilla and creamy toffee notes are followed by a spicy and slightly salty-dry finish.
Palate
Full bodied and rich. The initial vanilla note is quickly followed by a wave of thick peat smoke, joined a moment later by spicy vanilla, coffee and non-smoked raisins.
Finish
Long and lingering, full of peat smoke and honey sweetness. A stunning dram from start to finish.
