The Quiet Man Superior Blended Whiskey is produced by The Quiet Man Craft Distillery Co. Ltd. in Derry, Northern Ireland. It is a blend of finest Grain Whiskey and malt whiskey, matured in ex-Bourbon Casks. The brand was launched by Ciaran Mulgrew in tribute to his father, a bartender of 50 years. The whiskey was initially sourced from third-party distilleries (including Cooley).
