Warm gravy rings, strawberry jam, blackberries, toffee, milk chocolate with a light peat smoke. Butterscotch, chocolate, oak, and smokiness with water.
Palate
Creamy mouthfeel with stewed berries, rhubarb, custard boiled sweets. Toasted oak, chocolate, ginger, nutmeg, and a dab of smokiness. Instant peat smoke and spice, balanced with dry fruit from Tuscan oak (blackcurrant, blackberry, raspberry, cherries).
