Description

Rampur Jugalbandi #6 Madeira is a limited-edition Indian single malt whisky from the Rampur Distillery in the foothills of the Himalayas. It is the sixth release in the Jugalbandi series, named after the ancient Indian musical art form of Jugalbandi ('entwined twins') that features a duet of two solo musicians. Inspired by Jugalbandi's harmonious resonance of two different instruments coming together as one, Rampur Jugalbandi #6 Madeira first matured in American bourbon barrels and was then finished in Madeira wine casks, imparting a lavish palette of floral and citrusy notes. It was bottled in 2024 at a cask strength of 55.8%.
