Ransom The Emerald 1865 Straight American Whiskey is a pot-distilled American whiskey inspired by a mid-1800s Irish pot still mash bill recorded in 1865. Distilled from a mash of malted and unmalted barley, malted rye, and rolled oats in direct-fired copper alembic pot stills, and aged in mixed cooperage.
