Rare Perfection 15 Year Old Cask Strength Canadian Whiskey is an ultra-aged release bottled by Preservation Distillery / Allied Lomar in Bardstown, Kentucky. Distilled in Canada from a bourbon-style mashbill and aged for 15 years in cold Canadian warehouses, it is finished and matured in casks previously containing 20-year-old Very Olde St. Nick barrels before being bottled at natural cask strength.
