Redbreast 15 Year Old is a distinguished single pot still Irish whiskey, revered for its exceptional quality and refined complexity. Crafted from a meticulous blend of malted and unmalted barley and triple distilled in copper pot stills, it is matured for 15 years in a combination of bourbon and Oloroso sherry casks, developing a beautifully balanced flavor profile with notes of rich, succulent fruits, warming spices, and toasted oak. Originally released as a limited edition for La Maison du Whisky in Paris in 2005, its popularity led to it becoming a permanent fixture in the Redbreast core range.
