The robin Redbreast is the only bird which sings continuously throughout the dark Irish winter. It is a very small bird that chooses to winter in Ireland. It is this enduring spirit that makes Redbreast Whiskey. This special whiskey was distilled and laid down in Midleton Distillery in October, 1997. After the selection of Redbreast Single Cask for The Celtic Whiskey Shop, this All Sherry Single Cask had been maturing uninterrupted for 20 years in Warehouse No. M14B. The cask was hand selected exclusively for The Celtic Whiskey Shop by our Master Blender Billy Leighton. This All Sherry Single Cask embodies is a joy to behold in each and every dram.
