Redbreast 21 Year Old is an acclaimed Irish single pot still whiskey produced at Midleton Distillery in County Cork. Crafted from a mash of malted and unmalted barley, triple distilled in copper pot stills, and matured for a minimum of 21 years in ex-bourbon and first-fill Oloroso sherry casks, it is bottled non-chill filtered at 46% ABV.
