Description

The Redbreast 32 Year Old Dream Cask is a limited edition single pot still Irish whiskey, aged for 32 years. It was initially matured in refill American oak ex-bourbon barrels for 25-26 years, then finished for 6-7 years in a first-fill Oloroso sherry butt. This single cask release was bottled in 2018 at 46.5% ABV and is non-chill filtered. It was exclusively available to members of the Redbreast Birdhouse, with only 816 bottles released.
