Redbreast 21 Year Old is a definitive Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey, triple distilled at Midleton Distillery from a mash of malted and unmalted barley. It is aged for a minimum of 21 years in a combination of American bourbon barrels and first fill Spanish Oloroso sherry butts, resulting in a complex, rich, and full-bodied whiskey. It is non-chill filtered and bottled at 46% ABV.
