Redwood Empire Emerald Giant Cask Strength Rye is an uncut and unfiltered limited edition offering, aged for a minimum of four years in new charred oak barrels in the temperate climate of the Northern California coast. It is crafted from a mash bill of 94% rye, 5% malted barley, and 1% wheat, and is a blend of MGP-sourced rye whiskey and Redwood Empire's own California-distilled rye.
