Description

Haystack Needle is a limited-release, single-barrel offering from Redwood Empire. This 14-year-old bourbon is sourced from MGP, aged in new charred oak, and then finished in a Port Cask for additional complexity. It is individually bottled at barrel strength and is non-chill filtered to preserve rich, natural flavors. This particular expression is from the Fall 2021 release.
