Description

The Remnant Whisky Company's 'Fly By Night' is an Australian single malt whisky, the second release from the company. Founded in 2020 by Peter Bignell and Phil Collidge, The Remnant Whisky Company was established to rescue and bottle whisky from a failed investment scheme of a well-known Tasmanian distillery. This expression is a marriage of first-fill Bourbon and Australian Apera casks.
