Description

In 2008, the two friends Jay Carpenter and Dave Cuttino founded their distillery Reservoir in Richmond, Virginia. This Bourbon Whiskey is made with a 100% corn mash bill, using locally sourced Virginia grains. It is aged in small, heavily charred oak barrels to accelerate the aging process, and bottled when ready, typically around two years, which the distillery equates to much older whiskies aged in larger barrels. It is produced in small batches.
