Description

Reservoir, founded in 2008, is a craft distillery located in Richmond, Virginia. Every step of the distilling process takes place in-house, from creating the mash bill to bottling the final product. Reservoir Maison de Cuivre Bourbon Whiskey is the distillery's flagship bourbon. This 100% corn whiskey first aged for a minimum of two years in 5-gallon barrels, followed by a finish of 18 months in a Burgundy Grand Cru cask. The result is a juicy marriage of fruit and grain, bursting with flavors of ripe red fruits, velvety smooth toffee, tobacco and oak spices. It is bursting with the flavor of juicy red fruits from the barrel's previous Cab Franc grapes.
