Marshmallow followed by fresh caramel, and leather. A really nice nose that wasn't overpowering in one direction, balanced and enjoyable.
Palate
Rich oak leads, followed by cinnamon-sugar doughnut and chocolate buttercream. It has a nice balance between mature oak and confectionary sweetness.
Finish
Long and dessert-forward, with pie crust, coffee cake, dark chocolate, and chocolate-covered dates.
