Nose
A blast of sea air, coastal peat, tarry rope, and iodine, with hints of fresh apples, lemon zest, and creamy vanilla fudge.
Palate
Tumultuous and rich with peat, Islay phenols, and coal dust, balanced by honey sweetness, citrus, barley, sea salt, and hints of crispy seaweed and salted caramel.
Finish
Medium-long, with fading notes of toffee, fudge, and apple skin, retaining a light saltiness, and warming peat smoke.
