Rock Town. Rock Town is a small, but perfectly formed distillery in Arkansas. Built from an old warehouse, the distillery has been producing whiskey since 2010. Under the supervision of its founder, Phil Brandon, Rock Town has quickly established itself as a producer of fine spirits. Not at least known for its exceptionally good Bourbon. This Straight Arkansas Bourbon Whiskey was distilled from a mash bill of locally grown corn, wheat and malted barley, and wheat. The nose is phenomenal, an aromatic explosion of sweet corn, vanilla, caramel and oak. The palate is equally as expressive, giving notes of buttery toffee, sweet corn, vanilla and oak. The finish is long and sweet, with a good balance of oak and spice. This is a truly exceptional Bourbon, providing further evidence of Rock Town's place among the best distilleries.
