- Very fruity, cooked fruits, stone fruits, butterscotch. Dry floral notes, orange zest. Herb gardens, waxy orchard fruits, pear frangipane, apricot glazed tarte tatin, fresh barley, sugared almonds, mixed peel and lemon thyme curd.
- Palate
- Good sweetness with notes of fruit and particularly zest, aniseed, dry toffee. Curd like citrus body with waxy orchard fruits and more apricot glaze and lemon thyme. Marzipan, vanilla sponge cake and apple bon bons with late sweet spice.
- Finish
- Medium length finish, oak develops, less fruit. Vermouth like, citrus and herbal notes, waxy orchard fruits, vanilla, pick and mix spice, custard powder.
