Nose
Intensely floral with notes of white flowers, daisies, and perfumed grass. Citrus elements like lemon zest, lemon marmalade, oranges, and pepperminty zest are present, along with green apple, peaches, and pears. Sweetness comes from honey, vanilla, soft malt, custard, and apricot. Hints of eucalyptus oil, coal gas, and a whisper of smoke or heathery notes are also detected.
Palate
Crisp, vibrant, full-bodied, and creamy. Flavors include pear, lemon peel, fresh herbs, vanilla, honey, orchard fruits, waxy apples, and lemon. Malty notes are prominent, balanced by elegant Lowland character and gentle oak spice. Some describe it as having mocha, lemon soda, extra fat butter, sourdough, lemon curd, cinnamon coffee cake, and almond.
Finish
Long, clean, and refined, with lingering notes of citrus oils, soft florals, and delicate oak tannins. It is described as warming, spicy, crisp, and herbal, with grassy notes. Mineral, salt and vinegar chips, cream, lemongrass, yeasty bread, rosewater, and a dry, perfumey character are also mentioned.
