Nose
Light and refined with notes of honeysuckle, lemon zest, dried grass, and soft malt. A hint of green apple and waxy citrus peel adds vibrancy.
Palate
Intensely complex at full strength. Crisp orchard fruits, floral esters, delicate spice, and mineral dryness. A few drops of water reveal creamy vanilla and toasted almond.
Finish
Long, dry, and slightly herbal with lingering oak tannins and Lowland grassiness.
