Description

Murray McDavid was formed in 1996 by Mark Reynier, Simon Coughlin and Gordon Wright and was named after Reynier's grandparents Harriet Murray and Jock McDavid. It quickly became known for its irreverent tasting notes, edgy Gaelic slogan - 'Clachan a Choin' - and later for its ACEing process of finishing whisky in wine casks. They are based at Speyside's Coleburn distillery and in 2013 the company ... This 27 year old Speyside malt was distilled at the Royal Brackla distillery in 1975 and was bottled for the Murray McDavid Mission series.
