- Rich and delicate nose. Firm, spicy and oaky. Night stocks, black fruits, cinnamon and nutmeg. Walking in the pines after rain.
- Palate
- This is extremely rich and very balanced in flavour. A floral start with some soft fruits. Firm structure, toffee, oak/pine. Good balance.
- Finish
- Finishing up with prickles of peppery warmth. Firms up. Lots of spice.
