Nose: Honey moves into butterscotch and soft vanilla fudge, before spicy ginger and cinnamon give depth.
Palate: Exquisitely full without being boisterously rich, sharp marmalade balances with sweet peach and bitter cocoa. Peaty embers linger with an earthy tang and soft oak murmerings.
Finish: Very smooth, beautifully long and drifting with hums of sweet syrup melting away. Complexity and sophistication in swathes.

Sharp marmalade and sweet peach make the fruit side appealing, while bitter cocoa and peaty embers keep it from reading as simply sweet. It sounds full but not boisterous, and that smooth, lingering finish is a plus.
