Description

This is the Cask-Strength Rye whisky from Sagamore Spirit. It's a blend of straight high-rye and low-rye mash bills, aged for between four and seven years. The result is supplemented with a splash of limestone-filtered water from the distillery's spring house built in 1909. Cask Strength is complex and perfectly layered, showcasing the transformational art of blending.
