This Sakurao Single Cask Whisky Crew 2018-2023 is a beautiful amber whisky with a moderately aged, round aroma and mouthfeel. It offers typical malty sweetness of bitter chocolate, vanilla, and honey, which is pleasant through to the aftertaste. The nose is captivatingly delicious with sweetness of grapes, freshness of oranges, and roundness of peaches. On the palate, it presents creamy vanilla and the liveliness of a tart apple, leading to a rich and persistent finish with a subtle smoky touch.
