Description

A limited-edition unaged high-ester Mexican white rum produced at the Satvrnal distillery in Jalisco, Mexico, in collaboration with Swell de Spirits and Los Convidados. Made from local molasses with a 3-week fermentation using a Mexican-style muck pit, double-distilled in copper pot stills, rested for six months in demijohns, and bottled at full proof (64% ABV).
