Description

The third legal distillery to be built on the Orkney Isles, established in 1885 and today part of the Pernod Ricard Scotch whisky holdings. It is notable for its experimentation with Lomond stills under Hiram Walker ownership, an continues to use these today (albeit without the rectifying plates). The Scapa Skiren was first released in 2015.
